Please contact Margaret or Paul to make a credit card payment. Credit card payments can be made for your stay at the St James on Regent's Park Bed and Breakfast.

St James on Regent's Park Bed and Breakfast is New Zealand owned all transactions will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Cancellation Policy

Due to our intimate size we ask that should you change plans in staying with us, you let us know as soon as possible.
We hold credit card details until you have completed your stay, and payment is arranged at this point.
Should you, however, be unable to stay with us at a time from seven days prior to the reservation date, we require full payment be made, unless the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, and agreeable to St James B&B.
